Attorney Thomas R. Campbell is a life-long resident of Gettysburg. He is a 1988 graduate of Gettysburg High School, a 1992 graduate of Wake Forest University and a 1995 graduate of Wake Forest School of Law. He joined Campbell & White, P.C. as an associate attorney upon being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1995. He is a shareholder in Campbell & White, P.C., Attorneys at Law.

Attorney Thomas Campbell handles the firm's personal injury cases, and focuses primarily on those arising from automobile accidents. He has had particular success in obtaining favorable recoveries for injured children and minors, and is adept at handling Underinsured Motorist Cases. He also handles real estate matters including settlements, contracts, and the representation of landlords in lease preparation and landlord/tenant civil actions. He is also engaged in estate planning and administration, and represents a number of small businesses in Adams County. As part of the firm's work in the area of municipal law, Thomas Campbell currently serves as the solicitor for Carroll Valley Borough, Cumberland Township, Cumberland Township Authority, White Run Regional Municipal Authority and McSherrystown Borough. From 1995-2000 he was the assistant solicitor for Adams County during which time he was responsible for all tax assessment issues and appeals, and handled several county zoning issues and enforcement matters.

In his spare time he enjoys coaching travel soccer teams and for the Gettysburg AYSO program, coaching various youth teams at the Gettysburg YWCA, playing golf, and spending time with his family. He serves on the Boards of Directors for both the Gettysburg Country Club and the Gettysburg Hospital Foundation as well as on the steering committee for Gettysburg Hospital Foundation's Annual Golf Tournament. He is a member of the Gettysburg Optimist Club, which is a service organization focusing on youth initiatives. He resides in Gettysburg with his wife and two sons.
